Thank you for donating to ISKCON Desire Tree. If you are not completely satisfied with a donation transaction, please review this refund and cancellation policy.
Conditions for Refund and Cancellation
- Refund processing may take 5 to 7 business days.
- In case of a refund, payment gateway transaction charges may be deducted.
- Donations made accidentally may be refunded after deducting applicable transaction charges.
- Donations made for a particular cause or time-sensitive seva may not be refundable once the seva has been allocated or performed.
Donations That Cannot Be Refunded
- Refund requests made after 2 days from the donation date.
- Recurring donations that must be cancelled by the donor through the selected payment mode or payment provider.
- Cause-specific donations where the donation has already been assigned to the selected purpose.
Right to Refuse Refund
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any donation that does not meet the above refund conditions, at our sole discretion.
